SHIPPING
We process your order in 1-2 business days and shipping can take 3-7 business days. You should receive your items within 10 business days. If there are ANY issues regarding the delivery of your purchase, please contact us immediately.
RETURNS
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. All merchandise must have all tags attached and in its original packaging. Contact us for a RMA number and reason for return.
We cannot except returns of soiled items or prepackaged items that have been opened. Also please note for health reasons we cannot exchange or accept returns on any items that cover the crotch area, please select these items with care.
We can only exchange seasonal costumes ie santa suits and Halloween for size exchange.
You will be responsible for the cost of re shipping.
There will be a $5 restocking fee on all returns.
