Shipping is a Flat Rate of $6.95 in the Continental USA and $19.95 to Canada.
Free shipping on all orders over $100.00 in the Continental USA and over $150.00 in Canada
We process your order in 1-2 business days and shipping can take 3-7 business days. You must provide a valid street address and we do not, under any circumstance, ship to a PO Box. You should receive your items within 10 business days. If there are ANY issues regarding the delivery of your purchase, please contact us immediately.
RETURNS
Items may be exchanged if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must have all tags attached and in its original packaging. Contact us for a RMA number and reason for return. We will exchange items if there is a manufacturers defect or if the size we sent to you was in error.
We cannot except returns of soiled items or prepackaged items that have been opened. Also please note, for health reasons, we cannot exchange or accept returns on any items that cover the crotch area, please select these items with care. A canceled order will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is canceled due to item being out of stock. You will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping an order to you, if that order is not accepted or claimed. This also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping, as there is always an expense to CoupleSpice for shipping an item to you.
